FAQ


Where can I find the ice & vending machines?

Our 1st floor down the hallway leading to door 1 and 3rd floor at the end of the halls have designated vending machines and ice machines.


Where are the elevators?

There are 2 elevators located in the grand living room behind the stage show and an elevator at the end of each hallway.


Do you have an infant feeding area?

If you are in need of a quiet space to feed an infant, please visit the trading post. Inside, staff can direct you to an infant feeding room.


Do you have WiFi?

Wireless internet access is available throughout our lodge, which you can access from your room or common areas. It is free and requires no password.


I left something at the Lodge. Who do I contact?

We will do everything in our power to reunite you with your item. Learn how to find your missing items by visiting the Lost and Found Page


Where is the Fitness Centre and what are the operating times?

 Our Iron Horse Fitness Room is located on the first floor beside the arcade. It has treadmills, a recumbent bike and TVs to make your workout enjoyable. It is open 24 hours and your wristband will give you access.


What time is story time? And where is it located?

Morning story time is a great way to wake up and start your day! Meet our Kid's Experience staff in the Grand Living Room every morning at 9:00am.

 

Nightly Story Time is the perfect ending to your fun-filled day at Great Wolf Lodge. Wear your favourite jammies and enjoy stories in the Grand Living Room every night at 7:15pm. 


Is outside food permitted in the Waterpark?

No outside food or beverages are permitted in the water park. However, there are areas designated outside of the water park for guests to purchase items to dine.


Do you offer stayover service?

If you are staying for multiple nights, your room will be cleaned after two sleeps. If you require towels or garbage to be emptied in the meantime, text Willow at 1-844-956-3230 with your request.

What time is check in and do you offer early check in?

Check-in starts at 4 p.m. Rooms are assigned as they become available.  As our guest, please feel free to enjoy the water park facilities until your room is ready. We suggest bringing a small bag - lockers, towels and change rooms are available in the waterpark.

What time is check out and do you offer late check outs?

Check-out time is 11 a.m. As our guest, please feel free to enjoy the water park facilities until closing. We recommend packing a smaller bag with bathing suits and a change of clothes. If your require more time, late check-out options are available for additional fees. Text Willow (1-844-956-3230) for more information.

Are there towels within the Waterpark?

Pool towels are available at the Towel Centre located in Bear Track Landing Waterpark. Bringing your own beach towels or cover ups is recommended as pool towels must remain in the water park. Bathing towels provided in your guest suite are to remain in the room.


Are there change rooms in the Waterpark?

Great Wolf Lodge is pleased to offer 3 change rooms inside our waterpark that consist of changing areas and shower facilities.

  • A women’s change room for females of all ages and supervised males under 6 years of age
  • A men’s changeroom for males of all ages and supervised females under 6 years of age
  • A family change room for all ages and genders

What are the operating hours of the waterpark?

Bear Track Landing opens daily at 9am and closes at 8pm.

The outdoor pool is open seasonally, weather permitting.


What events happen daily?

Click on our events page, or view event listings on digital screens in front of the waterpark and in the lobby or beside the fireplace for information and times of daily activities.
